Riyadh Air Partners with Singaporean, Chinese Airlines

Riyadh Air, Saudi Arabia’s new national airline, announced a strategic partnership with Singapore Airlines and China Airlines during the annual IATA assembly in Dubai.

Riyadh Air, the new national carrier owned by the Public Investment Fund, announced a strategic partnership memorandum with Singapore Airlines and China Airlines during the International Air Transport Association’s annual general assembly in Dubai.

Tony Douglas, CEO of Riyadh Air, said, “This partnership expands our destination network with the world’s top airline, benefiting our customers. In the future, we also aim to enhance our network across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Through Singapore Changi Airport, renowned for its awards, we’ll offer more travel options to the western world via Saudi Arabia and the Middle East with Riyadh Airlines’ flights.”

He added: There is no doubt that this partnership represents a solid cooperation that will begin with the implementation of aspects of the code partnership agreement. It will also cover a broader range of aspects that include digital services, modern technology, loyalty programs, air cargo services, and others.
