He pointed out that these months are considered the peak period of the current Umrah season, according to Al Arabiya.

Speaking to Alarabiya.net, he said that the 270 companies and institutions providing Umrah services offer the best services to the pilgrims from their arrival until their departure.

The companies operate in light of the directives of the government  to provide the best services to the pilgrims.

The government implemented huge projects to allow the pilgrims to perform their rituals with comfort, tranquility, and safety.

He also indicated that the hotels in the two holy cities will see an increase in occupancy. The increase is due to the increase in numbers as well as a significant revival and increase in commercial activity. These activities include transportation, restaurants, shopping, and the markets for pilgrims’ gifts.

Pilgrims from Turkey, Indonesia, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Pakistan, Libya, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Malaysia, and India, have started to flock to Mecca and Medina to perform the rituals of Umrah and spend time in the precincts of the Two Holy Mosques.
