Paris Motor Show 2022 returns Back after 3 years of absence : Exclusive Coverage
The Paris Motor Show returns after a 3-year hiatus due to precautionary measures to counter the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
The biennial auto show, which runs parallel to the Frankfurt Motor Show, is the scene of many European cars and major events such as the unveiling of new cars for the first time.
This morning, the activities of the Paris Auto Show began its doors for attendance and major car manufacturers in the world from October 17 to 23.

In the following lines, we will monitor the most prominent participants in the upcoming Paris exhibition.
First: A New Dacia
Dacia officially revealed its new brand identity with the new logo at the Paris International Motor Show, and the new badge will be a clear indication of the significant change in the company’s approach, coinciding with its readiness to move to the world of electric cars.
The new branding has appeared on all Dacia production cars that began in the second half of 2022, which means we’ll see the Dacia Sandero, Dacia Couger and Dacia Duster all display the insignia that the company says shows the “simplistic mindset and ingenuity” of its team.
Second: Mercedes-AMG C63
It is the car that has become at a crossroads after giving up the powertrain that has always been famous for to turn into a hybrid car, after it gave up the powerful 8-cylinder engine in favor of a 2-liter four-cylinder engine with a battery, bringing the total power to 670 hp.
Third: Renault 4
The French company is displaying its new fully electric Renault 4, which was revived after stopping production for several years and was then powered by conventional gasoline engines.
Renault 4 will be a cornerstone of the French company’s ambitious plan to re-introduce its range as a specialist in electric vehicles.
Launched on the market in 2025 as one of seven Renault-branded electric models in the next seven years, the 4 will use the same foundations as the new Renault 5 and will target an audience more interested in aesthetics and luxury.
Fourth: Peugeot 408
The French company is priced to offer a more elegant and luxurious car to its fans, Peugeot will unveil for the first time the new Peugeot 408 model before launching in different markets starting in 2023, the 408 is based on the same engineering platform that was built the Peugeot 308.
The Peugeot 408 will compete with the Volkswagen T-Roc and BMW X2 class, in contrast to the Peugeot 508 saloon, which comes with very little rear space.
Fifth: Jeep Avenger
It will be built on the ECMP platform from parent company Stellants, the same platform also used to build cars such as the new Vauxhall Mocha and DS3.
The all-electric compact SUV is the smallest Jeep ever produced.
The Avenger will be available in either two- or four-wheel drive, with a range of 248 miles per charge.
Jeep Avenger will be launched in the first half of 2023.
