Yesterday, Neom announced the construction of a new residential complex designed in the latest style and dedicated to rejuvenating health and wellness called “Nurlana”
NEOM’s Newest Destination: “Nurlana”
“Nurlana” is the latest addition to the NEOM project, located on the Gulf of Aqaba coast in the western desert. It’s a unique complex for 3,000 residents, featuring advanced technologies for sustainable healthy living.
Furthermore, the destination has 711 residential units, including palaces, apartments, and villas. These are designed to blend with the nearby sand dunes, thereby enhancing the natural setting.
Consequently, residents and visitors can enjoy this serene environment.
Golf, Equestrian, Water Sports Facilities
Plans include building an 18-hole golf course in the “Nurlana” mountains. Additionally, a horse riding and polo center, along with diverse water sports like sailing and diving, are also planned. These facilities allow for immersion in the area’s natural beauty.
Marina, Yacht Club
“Nurlana” boasts a modern marina with 120 berths, consequently establishing it as a key spot for luxury yachts globally. Additionally, residents and visitors can also use water taxi services. The Yacht Owners Club offers a setting for luxury and tranquility.
Moreover, members can unwind, dine, and enjoy extraordinary services with stunning waterfront views.

They align with the project’s goals of excellence, initiated in 2017 by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.
