
Etihad Etisalat Company “Mobily” won the Labor Award in the Localization Track in its fifth edition, in recognition of its ongoing efforts to support the employment and sustainability of national talent and to implement high-quality localization practices in the telecommunications and information technology sector. This reflects the company’s commitment to building national human capital capable of keeping pace with the rapidly evolving demands of the sector.

The award was received by Mobily’s Chief Executive Officer, Engineer Nizar Banabila, during the Labor Award ceremony held as part of the “International Labor Market Conference” in the capital, Riyadh, in the presence of a number of leaders and officials from government entities and the private sector.
This recognition confirms the alignment of Mobily’s new strategy, particularly its fifth pillar focused on enabling development through institutional excellence by investing in attracting and qualifying national talent, developing programs that enhance job stability, improve performance efficiency, and support the long-term readiness of the sector, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to develop national human capabilities.
