Interestingly, the new digital employee has received the first-ever professional ID issued by SGS.

The employee has a distinctive ability to automate routine tasks, save more than 10,000 hours annually, and do several tasks such as attendance management, instant reporting, and data analysis.

Therefore, it will play a crucial role in achieving the required accuracy, promoting productivity, and offering seamless services to airlines and passengers. Meanwhile, it will save time and effort by focusing on strategic initiatives rather than repetitive manual tasks.

It is worth noting that the launch highlighted the attendance of General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) President Abdulaziz Al-Duailej and SGS Chief Executive Mohammed Mazi.
