Magic Land Al-Hokair Unveils “Tanza,” Egypt’s Premier Integrated Entertainment Destination
In an ambitious collaboration with the Egyptian Media Production City, Magic Land Al-Hokair has officially launched the “Tanza” project, marking the inception of Egypt’s first integrated entertainment destination. With a hefty investment of EGP 1.1 billion, Tanza is set to revolutionize the entertainment landscape in Egypt and the broader Middle East region.
Owned by the esteemed Abdulmohsen Al-Hokair Group, a trailblazer in the tourism and development sector, the Tanza project sprawls over an impressive 250,000 square meters. This venture aims to introduce a novel entertainment paradigm in Egypt, offering a diverse array of experiences that cater to all age groups and preferences, thereby bringing families together in a singular, captivating space.
Tanza is meticulously designed to support the Egyptian government’s vision of transforming the nation into a globally renowned tourist haven. It is distinguished by its extensive green spaces and houses seven unique entertainment zones. These include adventure, racing, sports, a forest-themed area, cinema and theater, a dedicated children’s zone, and a dolphinarium, alongside collaborations with leading restaurant brands to enrich the visitor experience.
