Literature and Publication Authority signs a cooperation agreement with King Abdulaziz Library

The King Abdulaziz Public Library and the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Authority have agreed to work together to produce and improve the content of the “Encyclopedia of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” project.

A cooperation agreement was signed by Dr. Muhammad Hassan Alwan, CEO of the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Authority, and Dr. Bandar bin Abdullah Al Mubarak, Director General of the King Abdulaziz Library, to construct the “Encyclopedia of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”

In collaboration with the King Abdulaziz Public Library, the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Authority is heading the project to construct the Encyclopedia of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as approving the project plan and new topics to be added to the encyclopedia.

The materials will be accepted after they have been updated, and the project’s website will be developed according to the best requirements.

Furthermore, after the content and design have been updated, 2000 printed copies of the encyclopedia will be produced.

In the meanwhile, the King Abdulaziz Public Library catalogs each of these;

• Board of Directors
  Advisory Committee on Scientific Research
  Teams of authors and editors

Review of the language

Arbitration and follow-up are two important aspects of any dispute resolution process.

As needed, provide images, maps, and visual aids.

The two parties also collaborate on marketing and promotion tasks for the project, including ensuring that the project reaches the widest potential audience.
One of the major cultural initiatives is the “Encyclopedia of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” which serves as a historical record of the Kingdom’s development in all areas.

It offers detailed and reliable information on the Kingdom’s “historical, geographical, economic, social, and cultural” characteristics.
