KSA Pavillion at Doha Expo 2023 Welcomes Visitors with Seven Languages
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s largest pavilion at the Doha Expo 2023 for Horticulture is welcoming its visitors from various countries around the world in seven languages, reported Saudi Press Agency.
It aims to enhance opportunities for communication and cultural understanding, and to strengthen international relations between the Kingdom and the peoples of the world.
The general supervisor of the Kingdom’s participation in Doha Expo 2023, Saleh bin Dakhil, explained that the national cadres responsible for organizing the Kingdom’s pavilion are greeting visitors from different countries in seven languages. These languages are Arabic, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, and Persian.
This choice of languages was made to welcome visitors to the Saudi pavilion in their native and preferred languages,. Therefore, this creates a welcoming environment for them.
Pavilion’s Objectives
The pavilion aims to enhance cultural understanding and communication between visitors and Saudi representatives. Moreover, it provides an opportunity for everyone to learn about and recognize the progress made in the Kingdom.
He mentioned that the pavilion continuously offers interactive experiences that enrich visitors about the diverse nature and cultures of the Kingdom.
Besides introducing its ambitious initiatives towards a green future in multiple languages targeting different races and cultures, the pavilion represents an essential part of Kingdom’s vision to enhance cultural communication and civilizational exchange.
The language experience has encouraged visitors to ask questions and inquire about various aspects related to the Expo’s four themes. The themes are Modern Agriculture, Technology and Innovation, Environmental Awareness, and Sustainability.
Bin Dakhil pointed out that the pavilion is an opportunity for all visitors to learn about KSA’s natural terrain. Moreover, it highlights the role of Vision 2030 in shaping the future. It’s role includes encouraging environmental prosperity and enhancing the Kingdom’s vegetative cover.
This includes the most significant programs related to the environment and sustainability. He noted the presence of an interactive area that provides thousands of visitors with an inspiring experience about the ecosystem. Traditional arts and folk dances inspired by national heritage also attract pavilion visitors.
