Moni Ovadia, a Bulgarian-Italian Jewish actor, said that Zionism was a hyper-nationalistic colonial ideology.
The Zionists sought every tool to legitimize their seizure of the entire territories. For this end, they invented every possible tool to occupy the whole land.
“They even depended on the Torah with all its statements, such as ‘This land was given to us by God,’” Ovadia said.

Since we live today in a time where anyone can say whatever they want, Ovadia thought one day, as a Jew by birth, that he would wake up and say, “I had a dream in which God told me that I am the Messiah, and as a Christian, I declare that the land of Palestine belongs to the Palestinians because the true homeland of the Jew is exile.”
To achieve this, they made use of all available means, all forms of lies, and all absurdities.
“Even the Israeli archaeologists discovered that 1,000 years before Jesus, no one lived in Jerusalem. They came and went,” the Jewish actor said.
In the light of this, the great historian Ilan Pappé said that most Zionists did not believe in God, but they believe that God gave them that land.
“This is Zionism, this is the brief,” Ovadia added.
