Viral TikTok Video Rebukes Netanyahu: You Do Not Represent Us

A TikTok video challenging Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s stance on Jewish sovereignty in Palestine has gone viral. The clip features a Jew denouncing Zionism while defending Judaism’s historical ties to the region.

In the video, the user asks a Jew passerby how he reacts to Netanyahu’s claim that Jews are “not occupiers” in Jerusalem. However, the Jew responds sharply “God is eternal. His word is eternal, and so are the Jewish people,” he asserts. He adds, “Judaism forbids Zionism. The Jewish people never ever sought to gain sovereignty of the Holy Land.”

The Jew emphasizes pre-Zionist harmony, stating, “Our grandparents lived in the Holy Land in peace with their Arabic neighbors. They were friends and colleagues.” Additionally, he accuses Zionist founders of “hijacking” Jewish identity to create a “godless” nationalist movement, declaring, “Netanyahu, you do not represent us.”

Social media reactions have been swift, with many Saudi users praising the video’s critique of political Zionism. Meanwhile, regional analysts note its timing aligns with escalating Israeli-Palestinian tensions.

As debates over identity and land rights intensify, such content underscores growing digital activism in reshaping Middle Eastern narratives.
