The American company Google launched for the first time the public version of its Android 15 operating system, after months of developer previews and public beta versions.
Google has announced that the current Android 15 version is intended solely for developers. Unlike previous releases, this is not a beta version. It represents a significant update designed for application and program development.
The version includes new APIs and tools that are critical for optimizing apps. Developers will have access to enhanced performance features and debugging options. It is expected to streamline the development process and improve app functionality.
Sources do not expect Android 15 to arrive on Pixel devices in the upcoming September update.
Moreover, Google promised that “Android 15” would arrive for “Picycle 9” phones in the coming weeks.
Google sources said: “In the coming months, you will get it on Samsung, Hono, iQoo, Lenovo, Motorola, Nothing, OnePlus, Oro, Realme, Sharp, and more. “Sony”, “Tecno”, “Vivo” and “Xiaomi”.
The sources suggested that “Android 15” will arrive for all Pixel devices during next October.
