G20 finance chiefs, bank governors discuss trade, global taxation

Tokyo, June 08, 2019, leaderssmena — G20 finance ministers and central bank governors kicked off a two-day meeting in south-western Japan on Saturday, focusing on trade and new international taxation rules, dpa reported.
At the meeting in the city of Fukuoka, the G20 major economies are expected to acknowledge the downside risks the world economy continues to face from trade disputes between leading economies, calling for accommodative monetary policy, Kyodo News reported, citing a draft communique it obtained.
