Former White House lady, Michelle Obama “storms” Grammy Awards
In a rare moments, the attendance were surprised, in the 61st edition of Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, with Michelle Obama, the former American First Lady, on the stage on Saturday night- Sunday and they warm welcomed her.
The presenter, Alicia Keys, invited Obama, Lady Gaga, Gada Benkit Smith and Jennifer Lopez to the stage to talk about how music changed their lives.
The crowd spontaneously interrupted Obama, dressed in a shiny gray suit, aprubtly with hot applause and cheers at the beginning of her speech.
Obama said: “Music always helped me to tell my story”
She added: “Whether we like country, or rap or rock, music helps us share ourselves — our dignity and sorrows, our hopes and joys…It allows us to hear one another, to invite each other in.”
