An informative American sources said that the negotiations to avoid another partial governmental closure because of financing a border wall have collapsed the day before, and Republicans and Democrats stopped communicating at the moment.

Yesterday, Bloomberg agency said, as one of the insiders on the progress of negotiations, that the newest thorny point seems to relate to demands on reducing the absorptive capacity of border detention centers run by US immigration and customs authorities.

Mick Mulvani, acting White House chief of staff, said that closure is not the most likely option but “can not be ruled out at all.”
