For the first time … Southern Saudi Arabia witnesses inauguration of Cinema

Deputy Governor of Jazan region, (lies in the southwest corner of Saudi Arabia) Muhammad bin Abdulaziz inaugurated on Tuesday the first cinema in the southern region, with a total cost of about 42 million riyals.

According to the Saudi newspaper of ‘Okaz’, deputy governor of Jazan region toured the cinema’s sections and exhibition halls, the “Jazan Cinema” includes 10 halls, and each hall accommodates 80 to 120 people, including two halls dedicated to children.

The inauguration of the “Jazan Cinema” in the Jazan region is considered the first of a series of quality of life projects that come within Saudi Vision 2030 that will provide citizens and residents of the Jazan region with multiple opportunities for entertainment.
