Flynas Launches KSA, Brussels Direct Flights

Flynas, the national air carrier and the leading low-cost airline in the world and the Middle East, announced the launching of direct flights between Jeddah and the Belgian capital, Brussels.
This announcement is within the framework of Flynas partnership agreement with the Air Connectivity Programme, and a part of its efforts to expand its growing international network in Europe.
Flynas will launch its first direct flights from King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah to Brussels on December 2. Since then, the company will operate three weekly flights to the Belgian capital.
“With the addition of this new destination from Jeddah to the Belgian capital, Brussels, Flynas continues to strengthen its position as the leading low-cost airline in the world, and expand the network of its growing international destinations that it offers to its passengers”, said CEO and Managing Director of flynas Bander Al-Mohanna.
The airline launched last year an expansion plan under the title “Connecting the World to the Kingdom,” in line with the objectives of the National Aviation Strategy, to reach 330 million passengers, 100 million tourists and to increase the number of international destinations linked to the Kingdom to more than 250 destinations by 2030.
Consequently, all these efforts will enhance the Kingdom’s position as a global hub for travel and tourism, and achieve the goals of the Guests of God Service Program to facilitate access to the Two Holy Mosques.
“There is no doubt that Europe is a pivotal market for the Kingdom and launching this new destination to Brussels is an important step in our journey. It reflects our continued commitment to enhancing air connectivity with Europe, and our keenness to continue making trips from Europe to the Kingdom easier to the passengers. Through our partnership with Flynas and all airlines, we are taking a new step in making the travel experience smoother. This was apparent during the successful launch of the Marseille-Jeddah route by Flynas last year,” said CEO of the Air Connectivity Program Ali Rajab.
