Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Investment, Eng. Khalid Al-Falih, announced today, that Egyptian investment licenses in the Kingdom increased by more than 100% during 2024.
The Minister stated that the total investment licenses for Egyptians in the Kingdom amounted to 5,767 licenses, whether full Egyptian ownership or partnerships.
Al-Falih emphasized that Egyptian investors have more than 80 thousand job opportunities in the Saudi economy.

Moreover, he underscored that the private sector, whether from Egypt or other countries in the Kingdom, obviously indicates that the fundamental focal point for its investments is the legislative environment.
Therefore, legislative reforms represent a basic rule for economic activity in the Kingdom.
The Minister’s remarks came during an important meeting between Egyptian Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly, and the Kingdom’s private sector, organized today by the Federation of Saudi Chambers.
