Egypt is Imposing a New Tourism Fee on Tourists from Different Nationalities

The Arab Tourism Organization revealed the value of the fees that Egypt will impose on its visitors from citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council states, noting that these fees will be imposed on all visitors of all nationalities.

The head of the Arab Tourism Organization, Dr. Bandar Al-Fuhaid, explained that the fees imposed to enter Egypt amount to $ 25 dollars, noting that it will be applied to all nationalities except for bilateral agreements.

He noted that direct flights to the city of Sharm El Sheikh are 100% exempt from fees, pointing out that the Egyptian government is keen that all prices provided for establishing, tourism programs, and other services be made at competitive prices and accessible to all.
