The Culinary Arts Commission is set to launch the sixth edition of “Kawn” – the Culinary Arts Incubator Program – running from April 8 to May 28. This initiative aims to elevate culinary expertise by providing holistic support to emerging chefs and entrepreneurs in the food and beverage industry.
Program Features 3 Key Pillars:
- Kawn Culinary Arts Incubator: Supports 20 startups through tailored mentorship and development.
- Chefs Challenge: A high-energy five-hour competition showcasing the skills of eight selected chefs.
- Kawn Lab: Offers specialized workshops to strengthen business fundamentals for the culinary sector.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must be Saudi citizens or residents, at least 18 years old, and demonstrate a strong passion for culinary arts.
