

His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, attended recently the inauguration ceremony of His Excellency President Lula da Silva as President of the Federative Republic of Brazil on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God protect him.
His Highness the Foreign Minister, as well as other senior Saudi officials, attended the Brazilian President’s inauguration at Congress headquarters in Brasilia.
The inauguration ceremony took place at the Presidential Palace.
The Saudi Foreign Affairs minister conveyed the greetings and congratulations of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister – on the occasion of his inauguration as President of the Federative Republic of Brazil. His Highness also wished the friendly Brazilian government and people continued progress, development, and prosperity.
