AlUla, Saudi Innovation Club Sign MoU to Boost Innovation

The Royal Commission for AlUla has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Saudi Innovation Club for Innovation Hobby to foster a culture of innovation, enhance creative skills and capabilities, and support entrepreneurship in AlUla. This collaboration aligns with the goals of comprehensive and sustainable development under Saudi Vision 2030.

Through the MoU, both parties will collaborate on implementing programs and initiatives, including a specialized hackathon, to promote innovation and increase awareness of technology and creativity among school students in AlUla. The agreement also covers support for activities and events related to business initiatives, accelerators, and startup development, contributing to the growth of a knowledge- and creativity-driven economy.

This partnership reflects Saudi Vision 2030’s objectives to empower innovation and strengthen AlUla’s position as a model for sustainable development—one that balances the preservation of natural and cultural heritage with human development and a thriving, sustainable economy.
