Al-Hogail Inaugurates Restatex Riyadh Real Estate 2024 Exhibition

Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, inaugurated the “Restatex Riyadh Real Estate” exhibition on Sunday, the new edition for 2024.
The exhibition is held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center from February 18 to 21.

During the event, the Minister witnessed the signing of agreements and memoranda of understanding totaling over 2.4 billion riyals. In addition, three real estate funds worth more than one billion riyals were launched.

Al-Hogail toured the exhibition, examining the latest housing projects, real estate products, and financial services provided by participating entities. Furthermore, these initiatives aim to meet the needs of Saudi families in owning homes at affordable prices, aligning with the Kingdom’s 2030 Vision.

This edition of the exhibition includes over 10 dialogue sessions covering topics such as real estate developer classification, property appraisal regulations and commitments, sustainability assessment for housing projects.
