
The Chief Executive Officer of the General Real Estate Authority, Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, affirmed that the fifth edition of the Future of Real Estate Forum 2026 represents a global platform for generating ideas and shaping future directions for the real estate sector.
He highlighted its role as a strategic space for strengthening partnerships and building trust among various stakeholders of the real estate ecosystem, both locally and internationally.
“Expanding Horizons… Thriving Real Estate”
This came during his opening speech at the forum, which commenced today in the capital, Riyadh, under the theme: “Expanding Horizons… Thriving Real Estate.”
Al-Hammad explained that the forum reflects the strong support the real estate sector receives from wise leadership. The Saudi real estate market has strengthened its resilience, improved efficiency, and solidified its role as a key driver of the national economy. Consequently, the Kingdom has emerged as an active hub in global real estate dialogue.
The Head of the Real Estate Authority noted that the Future of Real Estate Forum has become an influential platform for transforming real estate discussions into practical outcomes. This is achieved through aligning legislation, technology, and investment, as well as building strategic partnerships that improve market efficiency, enhance sustainability, and link the Saudi real estate market with global markets within a clear and stable regulatory framework.
Unified Space for Decision-Makers, Experts
He added that the forum serves as a unifying space for decision-makers, investors, developers, and experts, where shared challenges are discussed and applicable solutions are proposed. This also contributes to the development of real estate policies, improvement of practices, enhancement of the investment environment, and the achievement of tangible economic and developmental impact.
Al-Hammad concluded his remarks by emphasizing that the true value of the Future of Real Estate Forum lies in its ability to connect the local market with global markets, transform visions into initiatives, and initiatives into real-world projects with sustainable impact.
