Real Estate Future Forum to Kick off in Riyadh

The activities of the third edition of the Real Estate Future Forum in Riyadh will kick off from January 22 to 24, reported Saudi Press Agency. It will be under the slogan “The Power of Flexibility: Building a Sustainable and Flourishing Real Estate Future.”

85 countries and 300 speakers representing both the public and private sectors will participate. Moreover, a selected group of economists, investors, decision-makers, and experts in the real estate sector will take part in the forum.

This event is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.

The official spokesperson for the ministry Saif bin Salem Al-Suwailm stated that the third edition of the Forum stems from the significance of the real estate sector.

Al-Suwailm added that the forum plays a vital role in opening new horizons of knowledge exchange and sharing experiences. He welcomed all countries, entities, and individuals participating in the forum.”

The forum will include over 30 dialogue sessions and 25 workshops covering strategic themes. These themes will focus on new innovations in the real estate industry, sector developments, key challenges, new opportunities, and emerging trends in real estate.

Additionally, discussions will cover sustainable financing solutions, the impact of natural factors on the real estate industry, and its role in improving business quality.

Forum sessions will delve into the impact of the authority’s strategies on the growth and sustainability of the real estate sector. It will also tackle the influence of technology on the future of real estate.

Real Estate Exhibition

Moreover, the third edition of the  Forum will feature an accompanying real estate exhibition. Major local and international companies and investors contributing to the global real estate system will take part in the forum. The exhibition booths will showcase the latest advancements in real estate technologies.
