Al-Asoomi Praises KSA for Playing Pioneering Role in Resolving Crises
President of Arab Parliament commends KSA's Role in Arab region
The President of the Arab Parliament, Adel bin Abdulrahman Al-Asoomi, praised KSA for playing a pivotal and important role in the Arab region.
He stressed that KSA wise policies, under the leadership of King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, serve as a safety valve for Arab issues.
Al-Asoomi Praises KSA’s Role in Achieving Stability in Region
Moreover, he praised KSA’s diligent efforts to resolve existing crises in the Arab region through continuous actions at all levels. In addition, he pointed out the various initiatives aimed at reaching final political settlements for these crises.
This came during a meeting between Al-Asoomi and the Permanent Representative of KSA to the Arab League, Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Matar, in Cairo.
The meeting witnessed an exchange of views on the overall issues and developments in the Arab arena. They focused on Gaza’s events and the genocidal war faced by the Palestinians at the hands of the aggressive Israeli occupation forces.
Al-Asoomi Praises KSA’s Role in Strengthening Arab Solidarity
Al-Asoomi also commended the intensive efforts made by KSA to support and strengthen the bonds of Arab joint action. He highlighted its leading role in promoting Arab solidarity and standing by brothers in the Arab region. He added that KSA’s role and continuous efforts are appreciated at all Arab, regional, and international levels. Al-Asoomi also complimented Saudi MPs for their important contributions to strengthening Arab parliamentary diplomacy in support of the interests of the people.
Al-Matar Applauds Arab Parliament Efforts
On his part, the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Arab League, Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Matar, applauded the role of the Arab Parliament in defending Arab issues.
He underlined the necessity of cooperation between official diplomacy and parliamentary diplomacy in enhancing the course of Arab joint action.
