President of the Arab Parliament, Adel bin Abdulrahman Al-Asoumi, condemned the terrorist attack carried out by the terrorist Houthi militia on Abha International Airport, which resulted in the exposure of a civilian plane on the airport grounds to a controlled fire.
Al-Asoumi affirmed that this despicable terrorist attack, came shortly after the Coalition to Support Legitimacy announced the destruction of two drones launched by the terrorist militia towards the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
It confirms the terrorist nature of this militia, and its commission of war crimes due to its constant targeting of civilians, its threat to thousands of traveling citizens and residents of various nationalities who use Abha International Airport.
The President of the Arab Parliament called for urgent and immediate action by the international community to hold this terrorist militia and the Iranian regime that supports and finances it accountable for its crimes and its permanent violation of international law and international humanitarian law.
Al-Asoumi renewed the solidarity and full standing of the Arab Parliament with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its support in the measures it takes to defend its lands and preserve its security and the safety of its citizens and residents on its lands.
