For the first time, the General Directorate of Civil Defense has unveiled the AI-powered “Falcon” drone to enhance firefighting and rescue operations during the Hajj 2025 season. This innovative deployment aims to address emergencies in high-risk or hard-to-reach areas, ensuring pilgrims’ safety.

The drone “Falcon” operates continuously for up to 12 hours, reaching high altitudes while carrying a payload of approximately 40 kilograms.
