ROSHN Group, a Saudi leading real estate developer and a PIF Company, announced the development of two iconic stadiums in Saudi Arabia, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Aramco Stadium
On Wednesday, ROSHN revealed collaboration with Saudi Aramco to establish “Aramco Stadium” with a capacity of 47,000 seats in Al Khobar city in the Eastern Region.

The Aramco Stadium will be ready to operate in 2026. It will host several local and international sports events including the 2027 AFC Asian Cup, scheduled for January 2027 in Saudi Arabia.
Aramco Stadium’s design is inspired by water whirlpools formed off the Arabian Gulf coast. Moreover, the Stadium will serve as a venue for entertainment and sports events.
Its construction will follow the highest architectural standards that promote inclusiveness, safety and sustainability in order to make it a prominent local destination for sports and entertainment.
Iconic Project in Riyadh
ROSHN also announced on Tuesday the development of an iconic stadium, with a capacity of 45,000 seats over an area of 450,000 square meters in Southwest Riyadh.

The ROSHN Stadium is a mixed-use project that features a wide range of stores, restaurants, as well as hospitality venues. At its heart lies a main sports and event floor that connects the Stadium’s various facilities with an open and cohesive design.
The Stadium will be a distinct landmark in Southwest Riyadh, with its modern crystalline design inspired by the urban fabric and architectural features of Saudi Arabia’s central region.
ROSHN Expansion
The Stadium represents a crucial step in ROSHN’s expansion into mixed-use development across various sectors, including sport facilities development. It is also a testament to the group’s commitment to improving the quality of life through sustainable real estate development in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Saudi Arabia’s efforts to enhance the sports sector come in line with the Quality of Life Program and Vision 2030. Moreover, sports development projects reinforce community engagement and strengthen the Kingdom’s appeal as a host to various international competitions, contributing to its sports economy.
