Saudi Arabia, Kuwait Discuss Security Cooperation

 

Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif  welcomed the Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Talal Khaled Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah yesterday, Thursday, in his office at the headquarters of the Saudi Ministry of Interior.

During the meeting, the two ministers discussed ways to enhance the already-existing security cooperation between the Saudi Arabia’s and Kuwait’s Ministries of Interior as well as topics of mutual interest.

On the Saudi side, the meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Interior Dr. Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al-Dawood, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior Dr. Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al-Falih, Deputy Minister of Interior for Security Affairs Mohammed bin Muhanna Al-Muhanna, Director General of Passports Lieutenant General Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Yahya, Director of Public Security Lieutenant General Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Bassami, and a number of senior officials in the Ministry of Interior.

On the Kuwaiti side, it was attended by the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to the Kingdom Sheikh Sabah Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Sheikh Eng. Hamood Al-Mubarak Hamoud Al-Sabah, Assistant Undersecretary for Financial Affairs and Support Services, and a number of senior officials at the Ministry of Interior.
