The Chinese Foreign Minister, for his part, underscored the need to implement the US-Iran preliminary deal, maintain the momentum of negotiations, and work towards a comprehensive agreement accepted by regional countries and the international community, according to Xinhua.

Wang, who also serves as a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, expressed Beijing’s readiness to cooperate with Riyadh to ease tensions and promote lasting peace and stability in the region.
China’s top diplomat also highlighted Saudi Arabia’s significance as a key Arab and Islamic country, and an indispensable force in the multipolarization of the world.
