Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan discussed on Monday the latest developments in the region via phone call with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
Prince Faisal also engaged in separate telephone conversations with the foreign ministers of Turkey, Jordan, Pakistan, and Oman, addressing a wide range of regional developments.
Moreover, the Saudi Foreign Minister received on the same day a written message from Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, focusing on bilateral ties and exploring avenues to enhance cooperation across all sectors.
Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister Waleed al-Khuraiji received the message during his meeting in Riyadh with Russia’s ambassador to the Kingdom, Sergei Kozlov.
