stc Earns EFQM 5-Star Certificate for Institutional Excellence
stc Group has proudly received the 5-star institutional excellence certificate from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) for 2025.
With this milestone, stc becomes the first Saudi company to secure this distinguished recognition across all private-sector operations in the Kingdom. It also stands as the first telecommunications company worldwide to achieve this rating under the EFQM 2025 model—an accomplishment that reflects stc’s leadership in performance, innovation, and organizational development.
Mathad Alajmi, Chief Legal and Risk Officer and General Counsel of stc Group, emphasized that this recognition strengthens the trust of customers and partners in the group’s capabilities. He also highlighted stc’s dedication to the highest standards of corporate excellence, demonstrated through its delivery of advanced digital solutions and its agile, adaptable organizational culture.
