Saudi Sports Minister crowns Mexican Sergio Perez with the STC Formula Award
Prince Abdulaziz Al-Faisal, Minister of Sports, crowned Mexican “Sergio Perez”, driver of the Red Bull team, with the 2023 STC Formula 1 Saudi Grand Prix today, Sunday, March 19, 2023.

On this occasion, Prince Abdulaziz Al-Faisal, Minister of Sports, said: “Saudi Arabia is achieving outstanding success in hosting the STC Formula 1 race for the third time in a row.
He stressed that Saudi Arabia continues its successes in hosting the most important and largest international sporting tournaments and events, which made it an interface and a home for international sports.

Al-Faisal also congratulated the Mexican champion, Sergio Perez, for winning this round.
The Mexican racer, “Sergio Perez”, a Red Bull driver, succeeded in winning the Formula 1 STC Saudi Grand Prix title at the Jeddah Corniche circuit.
He finished first in the second round of the 2023 Formula 1 season.
He competed with the Dutch “Max Verstappen”, the world champion Red Bull driver in the last edition.
