Saudi Literature Authority launches Riyadh International Book Fair Award 2021
Literature, Publishing and Translation Authority in Saudi Arabia launched the Riyadh International Book Fair 2021 award in its second edition.
Authority is targeting national, Arab and international publishing houses to participate in the exhibition, which will be held during the period from 1 to 10 October.
The authority has disclosed to all publishers that application for the prize would be accessible on the https://engage.moc.gov.sa/book-fair award website from Saturday (25 September 2021) to Sunday (3 October 2021)
Prize value
The authority has set the value of the Riyadh International Book Fair prize at 300,000 riyals, distributed among the six winners, and they will be announced in an honoring ceremony to be held in conjunction with the closing ceremony of the fair on October 10.
16 cultural sectors
The new session of the Riyadh International Book Fair will be held at the “Riyadh Front”, in which the Republic of Iraq will be a guest of honor, and the most important publishing houses from different countries of the world will participate in it.
The exhibition witnesses a variety of activities and events representing 16 cultural sectors, as the exhibition hosts a variety of cultural and literary seminars, and poetic and artistic evenings
