Saudi Deputy Defense Minister meets US National Security Adviser in Washington
Prince Khalid bin Salman, Deputy Minister of Defense of Saudi Arabia, announced that he met in Washington, the US National Security Adviser, Jake Sullivan,
He discussed with him ways to enhance bilateral relations between the Kingdom and the United States, in the implementation of the directives of the Crown Prince, Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.
He also added, in a tweet on his Twitter account, today, Wednesday, that he reviewed with the American official the joint Saudi-American relations.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, “SPA,” they discussed methods to support and deepen cooperation and joint coordination between the Kingdom and the United States.
The meeting was attended by Princess Rima bint Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, ambassador, the military advisor to the Minister of Defense, Major General Eng. Talal Al-Otaibi, and many officials.
As for the US side, it was attended by Brett McGurk, the coordinator for the Middle East and North Africa affairs at the US National Security Council.
Prince Khalid bin Salman will meet with a variety of American authorities to discuss bilateral relations and regional and international problems of mutual concern during his visit to the US.
