Saudi Commerce Ministry: 123,000 New Registers Issued in Q4 2025

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Commerce has announced its fourth‑quarter 2025 business sector bulletin, highlighting performance trends and key developments that continue to shape the Kingdom’s commercial sector, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

The bulletin showed that businesses registered over 123,000 new commercial licenses in the fourth quarter, raising the Kingdom’s total to more than 1.86 million.

Key indicators also revealed a 20% rise in establishments over the past five years, bringing the Kingdom’s total to over 1.2 million.

As for limited liability companies, their registers climbed 183% to more than 571,000, while joint‑stock company registers surged by 50% to 4,733 compared with 2020.

Moreover, the bulletin spotlighted growth across promising sectors including artificial intelligence, electronic games, cybersecurity, vehicle charging station operations, e‑commerce, and healthcare.
