Gawkowski made these remarks during a meeting on Tuesday in Warsaw with Hassan Al-Huwaizi, Chairman of the Federation of Saudi Chambers, and a delegation of Saudi business leaders. The discussions focused on enhancing trade and investment partnerships.
Highlighting Poland’s commitment to digital development, Gawkowski underscored the importance of deepening cooperation with Saudi Arabia in areas such as cybersecurity and digital innovation.

Al-Huwaizi also emphasized the need to expand Saudi-Polish investments in technology and digital transformation, citing the critical role these fields play in driving economic growth and fostering business opportunities.
Moreover, Abdullah Abu Dabeel, Chairman of the Saudi-Polish Business Council, pointed to Saudi Arabia’s ambitious $100 billion artificial intelligence (AI) project. He noted that Poland, ranked third globally for the quality and quantity of its programmers, offers a unique opportunity for synergistic collaboration in advancing digital technologies.
