Saudi Sports Minister praises the performance of national team players against Poland, confirms his confidence  

News websites circulated a video of the Saudi Minister of Sports, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, while he was inside the dressing room of the Saudi national team trying to console them.

This was after Saudi Arabia lost to Poland in the second round of the World Cup with two goals free of charge, and survival.

Despite finishing with three points, the team will attempt a second victory and collect 3 more points against Mexico. This will enable it to advance to the round of 16.

In the video, the Saudi Minister of Sports, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, consoled Abdul-Ilah Al-Maliki, in the dressing room, after he committed an unintentional mistake.

This mistake caused Saudi Arabia to concede the second goal against Poland. Poland finished with two goals unassisted at a time when the Saudi national team was looking for an equalizer.

The video spread widely and received positive reactions, although it was without sound, except for the first seconds

“It is over, it is over,” Prince Abdulaziz said in the film, referring to the end of the match, including it, and the need to focus on what is yet to come.

The conversation continued between the minister and the player, and he sat in front of him in an attempt to make him forget what happened in the match.

On a recent Basis, Saudi Minister of Sports, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, stated that his country did not submit a bid to organize the 2030 World Cup.
