Chairman of Al-Otaishan Group, Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Otaishan, stated that Saudi Arabia is a safe haven for all goods around the world through its outstanding ports and airports.
The statement came during the Global Logistics Forum, which is currently taking place at the King Abdullah Financial Center in Riyadh.

Al-Otaishan said that his company is honored to take part in this prestigious forum which perfectly aligns with the Group’s ambitious visions.
The Chairman highlighted that the three-day forum represents a valuable platform gathering pioneering local and global companies and most elite experts in logistics sectors.
Organized by the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services, the forum offers a promising opportunity for logistics companies and businessmen to collaborate and shape the sector’s future.
The event involves important sessions and meetings covering the latest technological developments in the logistics sector, environmentally friendly technologies, and infrastructure investments.
Great Turnout

Al-Otaishan emphasized that the event has witnessed a great turnout since its launch on October 12. It boasts the participation of four ministries, up to 2000 attendees, and more than 10000 visitors.
Thus, the forum features a fertile environment for signing deals and forging partnerships to elevate the Kingdom’s logistics services and practices.
New Technologies

Interestingly, the occasion marks the launch of various cutting-edge technologies such as drones, a strategic step to unleash new untapped horizons for further innovation and creativity in the logistics and transport sector.

Al-Otaishan Holding Company

The company was basically founded in 1982 as an individual enterprise under the name of Abdulrahman Al-Otaishan Transport establishment with one truck.
Then, the company continued to evolve positioning itself as a Saudi specialized company offering various logistics, industrial, and trading services.
Launched in 2022, Al-Otaishan Holding Company made complete restructuring of all its sectors and services within the sustainable transformation program.

Through its new strategy, the company seeks to establish a national model in the construction, maintenance, logistics services, and industrial sectors.
Currently, the company owns a fleet of more than 1000 heavy transport trucks and various tanks, and has a well-established network of operations spread over 15 branches, covering an area of over three million square meters.
