Saudi Arabia: Iran is undermining international efforts to combat Corona
The Saudi Council of Ministers on Tuesday condemned Iran’s irresponsible behavior to facilitate the entry of Saudi citizens to its territory, without putting a stamp on their passports, at a time when infection with the new Corona virus is spreading, which poses a health threat to safety, and Iran bears direct responsibility and the resulting outbreak of the infection With the virus.
Moreover, the Saudi Cabinet reviewed the preventive efforts made by all relevant government agencies, and the precautionary measures it had taken to follow the developments of the health status of the new covid 19 virus, and to ensure the protection of the health of citizens and residents, and to limit the spread of the virus.
The Council, appreciated during the presidency of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud at Al Yamamah Palace, the praise issued by the World Health Organization for the efforts of Saudi Arabia, and the additional measures taken to protect public health in this regard.
The Cabinet affirmed that the measures taken in the Qatif governorate temporarily come within the framework of precautionary measures to prevent the transmission of infection, and enable the competent health authorities to provide the best medical care to citizens and residents, praising the cooperation of all and their response to these preventive measures to preserve their safety.
