Saudi Arabia: 48 new infections in Corona, toll reaches 392

The Saudi Ministry of Health spokesman Muhammad al-Abd al-Aali announced on Saturday that the number of cases of coronavirus has increased to 392.

The spokesman added during the daily press conference about the developments of Corona in the Kingdom that 8 new people have recovered, bringing the number of people recovered to 16. He said that the average age of the injured is 43 years.

In addition, he renewed the call to stay in their homes and to stay away from gatherings, stressing that contact is currently the first cause of corona infection.

The Ministry called on everyone to adhere to the guidelines and directives, including avoiding shaking hands, and washing hands, and avoiding gatherings, in order to preserve their safety and that of society.

Saudi Arabia announced, on Friday, according to an official source in the Ministry of Interior, the suspension of all domestic flights, buses, taxis and trains for a period of 14 days, starting today, Saturday.
