London will make history in April as it hosts the Ring Magazine’s first-ever boxing card, FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves, in association with Matchroom and Boxxer. Headlined by the long-awaited grudge match between British rivals Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn, the event at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 26 April promises a thrilling clash of generations. This bout revives a decades-old feud, echoing the 1990s battles between their fathers, Chris Eubank Snr and Nigel Benn, cementing this rivalry as a cornerstone of boxing lore.

Game and Event Synergy

The fight night marks a groundbreaking collaboration between the Ring Magazine and SNK Games, creators of the iconic FATAL FURY gaming series. A new installment, FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves, set for release on 24 April, will debut alongside the event, bridging gaming and sport for the first time in 26 years. Fans who pre-order the game gain early access on 21 April and priority ticket access to witness the Eubank-Benn showdown.

A Star-Studded Card

The explosive lineup features Anthony Yarde and Lyndon Arthur colliding in a light heavyweight trilogy. Yarde reclaimed victory via 2021 knockout after a 2020 loss. Former world champion Liam Smith faces rising star Aaron McKenna, while Chris Billam-Smith battles Brandon Glanton. Undefeated Viddal Riley aims to rebound against Cheavon Clarke in a cruiserweight duel.

Moreover, Turki Alashikh, chairman of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority (GEA) has revealed that the winner of the game will have a shot at Mexican boxing star Saul ‘Canelo Alvarez’ in 2026.

“Whoever is the winner we are working in the future to have him fight against Canelo,” Alashikh told Sky Sports.

“If Eubank wins, he will have the chance to do Canelo at the beginning of 2026.

“We have two big conferences, one in Manchester on Tuesday, and one in London on Thursday, it will be huge.

“And I think it will be a great fight. And also, the undercard is strong. The result of this fight and the undercard will impact the future of our cards,” he concluded.

As London prepares for this historic spectacle, fans anticipate a fusion of legacy, innovation, and adrenaline. Over 60,000 fans will pack Tottenham’s stadium, while millions stream globally. This fusion of gaming and boxing signals a bold new era for combat sports entertainment.
