Boulevard City in Riyadh came alive yesterday with the “Grand Arrivals” ceremony, a key event of Riyadh Season’s Boxing Week, setting the stage for the much-anticipated “Fatal Fury” fight night. Headlining the event is a blockbuster clash between Mexico’s Saul “Canelo” Álvarez and Cuba’s William Scull for the undisputed super middleweight world championship.

The arrival of the fighters drew a large crowd of fans and media, generating a wave of excitement across the city. Scheduled for this Saturday, the title bout is a milestone for the sport, marking the first time a fight of this caliber will take place outside the United States or Mexico — a testament to Saudi Arabia’s rising prominence in the world of professional boxing.

The evening will also feature an action-packed undercard. Rising Mexican star Jaime Munguia will take on French contender Bruno Surace in a middleweight bout. Additionally, in the heavyweight division, knockout specialists Martin Bakole of Congo and Nigeria’s Efe Ajagba are set for a hard-hitting showdown that promises fireworks.

Meanwhile, in the cruiserweight category, veteran Swedish champion Badou Jack is slated to battle Canadian challenger Ryan Rozicki in another crowd-pulling matchup.
