Riyadh is preparing to welcome the eighth edition of the Global Health Exhibition 2025, organized under the patronage of the Ministry of Health. The event comes at a time when Saudi Arabia’s healthcare sector is witnessing remarkable expansion in line with Vision 2030, which aims to elevate healthcare quality and increase the sector’s contribution to the national economy.
The sector’s economic value is projected to rise from SAR 199 billion in 2020 to SAR 318 billion by 2030. Central to this growth is the Ministry’s commitment to fostering a competitive investment environment—targeting a doubling of private sector participation from SAR 72 billion to SAR 145 billion within the same period.
Serving as a key investment platform, the Global Health Exhibition continues to attract substantial capital inflows. Additionally, the 2024 edition alone generated over SAR 50 billion in new investments, reflecting the strong confidence of international investors in Saudi Arabia’s healthcare market.
Global Health Exhibition
The upcoming 2025 exhibition, scheduled from October 27 to 30, is expected to build on this momentum with major strategic partnerships and agreements. Featuring participants from local, regional, and global companies, the event will spotlight integrated healthcare solutions, the localization of pharmaceutical production, and advancements in medical technology—all crucial to achieving healthcare self-sufficiency.
Through such initiatives, the Ministry of Health reinforces the Global Health Exhibition’s role as a strategic investment catalyst, driving progress toward Vision 2030’s objective of creating a world-class, innovative, and sustainable healthcare system.
