Ramadan 2025: Saudi Leadership Supports Jood Campaign with SAR 150mn

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Mohammed bin Salman, have supported the second Jood Regions Campaign with a total of SAR 150 million, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

Launched at the start of Ramadan 2025 by the non-profit Housing Development Organization (Sakan), the second Jood Regions Campaign aims to provide housing units for families in need across the Kingdom’s regions.

As part of the Saudi leadership’s unwavering support for the national housing initiatives designed to provide homes for needy families across Saudi Arabia, King Salman donated SAR 100 million and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman donated SAR 50 million to the campaign.

On this occasion, the Saudi Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid Al-Hogail, expressed his gratitude for this generous donation, emphasizing its great impact on the families’ quality of life and stability. Furthermore, he noted the Jood Regions Campaign has provided more than 41,500 housing units for needy families.

First launched in Ramadan 2024, the Jood Regions Campaign aimed to provide more than 10,000 housing units for the needy families across Saudi Arabia’s 13 regions.

Moreover, the campaign involves events to raise awareness and promote community participation. It brings together entrepreneurs, leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure citizens get suitable housing with ease and reliability, achieving the goals of developmental housing initiatives.
