Pakistani Culture Attracts Visitors to Al-Suwaidi Park in Riyadh
Al-Suwaidi Park in Riyadh is hosting vibrant celebrations to showcase the Pakistani culture, as part of the “Global Harmony 2” initiative.
On Saturday, the Saudi Media Ministry launched the event, organized in collaboration with the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) and under the Quality of Life Program.
Over three days, the Pakistan Culture events dazzle visitors with cultural events, interactive activities and festive parades that showcase the authentic Pakistani heritage, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

The event features heritage stalls displaying elements of Pakistan’s culture, such as traditional clothing and handicrafts. It also offers mouthwatering culinary tasting experiences that showcase the richness and diversity of the Pakistani cuisine.
On its first day, the event featured folk arts performances, Pakistani culture highlights and an interactive show by students of a Pakistani school in Saudi Arabia.

On this occasion, the Saudi Media Ministry invited the Pakistani community and residents of different nationalities to enjoy the events at Al-Suwaidi Park, highlighting the initiative’s role in fostering cultural exchange between various cultures and underscoring the Kingdom’s status as a hub for cultural creativity.
The Pakistan Culture events are part of the “Global Harmony 2” initiative, which aims to promote understanding and exchange among communities by highlighting the lives of expatriates in Saudi Arabia.

This includes showcasing various aspects of their lives, such as their professional and family lives, their social and recreational activities, their contribution to the Kingdom’s economy, and their success stories.
During the initiative, Al-Suwaidi Park showcases 14 global cultures, including India, the Philippines, Indonesia, Egypt, Pakistan, Yemen, Sudan, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Bangladesh, Uganda, and Ethiopia.
