Some countries have permitted Saudis to travel without being subject to quarantine nor needing a travel visa.
The first is UAE, which requires a negative PCR result and an examination that does not exceed 72 hours from the time of arrival.
The second is Qatar, which only requires vaccination passport from those who have received the two doses. The Kingdom of Bahrain is on the same page.
Next, Maldives accepts either a PCR examination or a two-dose immunization proof; the first should not exceed 92 hours from arrival – children under the age of one year excluded.
Seychelles requires a negative PCR test (72 hours from the time of departure).
Georgia allows the entrance of two-dose immunized travellers under conditions (health insurance, filling out a health procedure form, hotel reservations confirmation, and presenting a return flight ticket).
South Africa also requires a negative PCR result, provided that it does not exceed 72 hours from the time of departure.
Finally, Ukraine requires a negative examination result, provided that it does not exceed 72 hours of arrival, and health insurance.
