Truffle markets in the Northern Borders Region have generated over SAR 1 million in sales within the past nine days, with more than 7,000 kilograms sold, according to the region’s Chamber of Commerce.

The markets have drawn over 19,000 visitors of all ages, underscoring the economic significance of this prized seasonal delicacy. As a key natural resource of the region, truffles contribute to local economic growth by providing platforms for entrepreneurs, fostering new business ventures, and attracting investment opportunities.
