Jeddah is gearing up for two nights of electronic music as MDLBEAST Presents returns to ONYX Arena on October 29 and 30, bringing together international DJs and regional talent.
Electronic Music Takes Over
The 11-artist lineup will feature BLOND, Boris Brejcha, and Jimi Jules on the opening night, as well as Saudi DJs Baloo and Vinyl Mode.
Meanwhile, the second night will welcome Argy, Loco Dice, Steve Angello, and Dennis Cruz, joined by regional artists Blacky and HiFi.
Remarkably, the two-night program will cover an extraordinary array of electronic music styles, from house and techno to melodic and underground sounds.
German DJ Boris Brejcha, known for his signature joker mask, has performed at major festivals, including Coachella and Tomorrowland.
Jeddah’s Growing Music Power
Located in Jeddah, ONYX Arena was launched as part of Jeddah Season. With a capacity exceeding 12,000, it hosted MDLBEAST’s 2025 summer series, which featured the Black Eyed Peas, Central Cee, and Metro Boomin.
Since launching its Soundstorm festival in Riyadh in 2019, MDLBEAST has expanded its presence in the music industry through record labels and live music venues.
For Ahmed Al-Ammary, the company’s chief creative officer and Saudi DJ and producer known as Baloo, the upcoming event marks his first performance at ONYX Arena.
He said he was particularly excited to play in Jeddah, commending the energy of its audiences.
“I especially love playing in Jeddah because of the enthusiasm of the crowd, they come with some serious bounce, and I can’t wait,” he said.
Music Without Borders
Saudi DJ and producer Vinyl Mode highlighted music’s ability to bring people together, regardless of their backgrounds. For him, the dance floor offers a vital platform where people connect through rhythm rather than differences.
“Music is a universal language. On the dance floor, we unite and dance to one beat. It doesn’t matter where you come from, what language you speak, or what color you are. All that matters is the music.”
Rooted in Saudi Arabia’s music culture, MDLBEAST is expanding its reach through live events, talent development, production, and content.
The company seeks to connect with audiences worldwide while supporting artists and contributing to the growth of the Middle East’s music scene.
